Items marked direct from manufacturer are usually delivered in 2-5 working days to the whole of the UK unless otherwise stated.

All orders over £50 are delivered to mainland England, Wales & Scotland FREE (excluding Grampians & Highlands). Orders under £50 incur a small £6.95 carriage charge. Deliverys to the Highlands, Grampians and UK Offshore are charged at the relevant rate displayed during the online checkout process.

Some more remote areas including (but not limited to) the Highlands, Scottish Offshore and the Isle of Man are 3-5 working day delivery.

Normal delivery times are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Saturday delivery (before Noon), Morning delivery (between 8am-Noon) and Evening delivery (between 5pm-9pm) may be available depending on your location and can be selected during the online checkout process or requested over the phone. This service may not be available on any direct from manufacturer items.

Your telephone number will be passed to the courier and will only be used if there is an emergency, or to book-in the delivery if necessary.

A signature is required by the courier for delivery.

All items are brand new and will be delivered boxed.

Please note that the couriers are only obliged to deliver to your ground floor entrance. They will not assemble any items.
