PRICING

The price payable for goods is listed on each product page and assumed to be correct. Unfortunately pricing mistakes can happen. You will be notified of any mistake before your goods are dispatched with the option to cancel or purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 874 5654 82.

DELIVERY

Due to the size of some delivery vehicles used by our couriers we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access to the delivery destination. This includes (but is not limited to) steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, other restrictions. In the event your delivery is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions you may be liable for all freight charges.

Delivery dates given are estimates, accurate to the information we are supplied and we shall not be held responsible for any delays out of our control. We reserve the right to deliver your consignment in installments if neccessary.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

We shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or resulting from any variation for whatsoever reason in the manufacturers specifications or technical data and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation. We will use reasonable endeavour to advise you of any such impending variation as soon as we receive any notice thereof from the manufacturer. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are supplied in accordance with the manufacturers standard specifications as these may be improved, substituted or modified.

CANCELLATION

Under the distance selling regulations you may cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. We must receive this request by email, fax or in writing, telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. If you cancel within this period the goods must be returned or collection arrangements made at your cost within 7 days from the date we receive your cancellation. If collection is required, we will charge you the cost of collection up to a maximum of £125, you will be notified of the collection charge at the point of cancellation. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, as goods must be in a re-saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration of any kind then a charge for the reduction in value will be made. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. All refunds made will be less any delivery costs incurred by us. If you fail to return the goods, we will treat the cancellation request as void. If you have requested collection but we have been unsucessful at collecting the goods the cancellation request will be void and you will be liable for all costs incurred by us. If you elect to return the goods yourself we recommened using a proof of delivery or trackable postage service as we cannot be held responsible for any items which go missing.

If you cancel your order after your goods have been dispatched but before the goods have been delivered, you will be liable for all delivery charges incurred by us. Furthermore, if you refuse delivery of your goods for any reason other than damaged in transit you will be liable for all delivery charges incurred by us.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.
